Performance Features of Shantui LE60-X3 Pure Electric Loader

Power Battery System The machine is equipped with a high-capacity, high-performance lithium iron phosphate power battery pack, offering strong power and reliable performance. Two battery versions are available: 282kwh and 350kwh, to meet users' different range requirements. The power battery comes standard with a dual-gun fast-charging interface, compatible with common electric vehicle charging piles of different power ratings. Compared to a fuel-powered machine of the same tonnage, the operating cost per hour is reduced by about 106 yuan. Based on an annual operation of 3,000 hours, this translates to an annual saving of 328,000 yuan. The more you use it, the more you save.
Transmission System The machine is fitted with a 2-speed electric control transmission box specifically developed for pure electric loaders by Shantui. The gear shifting response is fast, and the transmission efficiency is increased by 8%. A high-torque travel motor directly drives the transmission box, eliminating the torque converter and improving transmission efficiency by 20%. It is matched with a Shantui-made reinforced drive axle, which has a strong load-bearing capacity and is more suitable for heavy-duty working conditions. The travel motor can achieve stepless regulation from zero speed to the maximum speed, ensuring smooth machine startup with minimal impact.
Cab Environment The machine features an integrated fully sealed cab, which provides noise reduction, dust prevention, and thermal insulation. It offers a wide field of vision and is equipped with high-performance seats, heating and cooling air conditioning, a reversing camera, LED headlights, and other amenities. The cab environment is comfortable year-round. The working device is controlled by an electrohydraulic proportional system, which requires less operating force and offers higher comfort. The control lever integrates horn, FNR (forward, neutral, reverse), and gear shift functions, making fingertip operation more convenient.
Structural Components The machine uses a new working device platform. The connecting rod mechanism has been optimized for faster action, greater digging force, and stronger lifting capacity. The working device is designed with high strength and has been optimized through CAE analysis to eliminate local weaknesses. This ensures it can withstand various harsh working conditions. Moreover, the working device is available in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of special working conditions.
Maintenance Convenience The transmission oil filler port and grease lubrication port are designed with an extended layout. The power battery and radiator water tank are centrally located. The machine hood can be opened with a single electric button press, facilitating daily maintenance and service.
