A slight lack of attention during excavator operation may lead to safety accidents, which not only affects the driver's own safety but also the safety of others' lives.

Remind you of the following factors to pay attention to when using excavators:

01。 When using an excavator for operation, it is prohibited for anyone to get on or off the excavator or transfer items, and maintenance is not allowed while working;

Do not adjust the engine (governor), hydraulic system, and electronic control system arbitrarily; Attention should be paid to selecting and creating a reasonable working surface, and digging holes is strictly prohibited.

02 。The excavator should wait for the dump truck to stop stably before unloading; When unloading, the bucket height should be lowered without colliding with any part of the dump truck; Prohibit the bucket from passing over the cab of the dump truck.

03。 Prohibit using a bucket to break solid objects; If encountering large stones or hard objects, they should be removed first before continuing the operation; It is prohibited to excavate rocks above level 5 that have undergone blasting.

04。 It is prohibited to arrange excavators in the upper and lower excavation sections for simultaneous operation; When the excavator moves within the working face, it should first level the ground and remove obstacles in the passage.

05。 It is prohibited to use the full extension method of the bucket cylinder to lift the excavator. The excavator cannot travel horizontally or rotate when the bucket is not off the ground.

06。 It is prohibited to use the excavator arm to drag other objects horizontally; Hydraulic excavators cannot be excavated using impact methods.
