Four reasons for poor heat dissipation of excavator water tank
After the Spring Festival, we enjoyed a short and rare holiday reunion, and it was time to start work again.
Before starting work, remember to check the excavator in detail, especially the water tank!
1. Check whether the pipeline between the main water tank and the auxiliary water tank is connected.
2. Check whether there are air and water leaks at each interface of the water tank.
3. Add water to the water tank to the standard position, start the excavator, and check whether there are bubbles in the auxiliary water tank. If there are bubbles, it means that the engine cylinder gasket is broken.
There are no bubbles. Check whether the engine cylinder head has cracks. If yes, replace it.
4. If tap water is added, the cooling system of the excavator may produce scale, resulting in the reduction of the heat dissipation area of the inner part of the water tank and the deterioration of the heat dissipation.
